I. Modeling using 3D CAD
   To obtain optimum solution for the demanded specification, we first perform modeling of the components using 3-D CAD (computer aided design).
II. Creation of analytical model and analytical simulation
   Based on a large proprietary database and know-how that we have accumulated over the years in our company, we perform structural and radio wave property analysis using CAD/CAM and FEM. We guarantee the total performance of our products by performing a thorough design analysis of components before fabrication.
III. Selection of materials, determination of fiber orientation,
fiber and resin contents
   We select appropriate reinforcement fiber and matrix resin. We determine the fiber orientation, resin and fiber contents which give composite structures with optimum properties.
IV. Design and production of molding tools
   By considering the thermal expansion, weight-loss, cost of various molding tools, we select, design and manufacture the optimum molding tools that guarantee the quality of our products.
V. Molding and precision process
   We have expertise in a wide range of manufacturing methods and we can select an optimum method to achieve the requested performance and cost. We have cutting-edge manufacturing facilities that can handle the entire manufacturing processes in-house. With a broad lineup of manufacturing methods, and constant improvement of manufacturing environment and technology, we have been able to accommodate demands for various components such as high precision, high temperature and oversized components.
VI. Inspection
   Our facility is ISO9001 and JIS Q9100 (AS 9100) certified. We have established a quality management system in which we maintain not only the quality level that meets the high reliability demands of the aircraft and space industries, but also seek to further improve performance and certainty of quality by performing various physical and environmental resistance tests.
